Use this link to request both decals and bar codes.
Each new owner receives their first two sets of each free. Additional windshield decals are $2.00 each. Additional bar codes are $3.00 each.
Renters with a lease for 1 year are longer can be issued a decal and a barcode. Bar codes are $3.00 each and decals are $2.00 each.
Renters for less than 1 year are issued dated hanging tags, which are $5.00 each.
Bar Codes must be affixed to vehicle by a member of the BPCA office staff or Security team.
Owners are responsible for all decals/bar codes registered to their property. We must be notified to deactivate bar codes when you no longer have your automobile.
**BPW RESIDENTS ONTO THOMAS DRIVE**
Owners MUST be in good standing with ALL associations and committees. Autos MUST be registered to the property owner (proof is required- insurance card, tag renewal, etc.). The limit is 3.
